LoynX (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information collected through the LoynX mobile application, website, and related services (the “Platform”).
This Privacy Policy is prepared in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Personal information is handled in a lawful, fair, and transparent manner and protected from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.
By using the Platform, you agree to the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information as described in this Policy.
We collect only information necessary to provide and improve our services.
Information is used to manage accounts, facilitate bookings, process payments, provide support, ensure safety, prevent fraud, improve services, and comply with legal obligations.
Location data is collected during active bookings and only to maintain accuracy when reopening the app. Continuous tracking is not performed.
LoynX does not store card details. Payments are processed by authorised third-party providers such as Stripe. Limited transaction data may be retained for operational and legal purposes.
Users may delete their account via Profile → Edit Profile → Delete Account. Access will be removed, though certain information may be retained as required by law.
Promotional credits are not real money, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or withdrawn, and may only be used for eligible rides.
Aggregated or de-identified data may be used for analytics, training, quality assurance, and service improvement.
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect personal information.
Information may be disclosed to authorities where required or permitted by law.
Data is retained only as long as necessary for legal, operational, and safety purposes.
